I can help organise a free collection for charity items.I can also take charity items away at a cost of £20 per car load. I am not licensed to take away any rubbish items but can help organise a collection but you will be liable for any costs involved. I can also organise items to be valued at a cost of £30 per hour.

Good question! This is entirely depends on how big the job is we are tackling and how quickly you can make decisions on what to keep and what to part with. Decluttering can be a physically and emotionally demanding process so the maximum amount of hours in a day is 7.

I understand that plans can change, and sometimes you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. I have implemented the following cancellation policy

1. Cancellations within 48 hours of your scheduled time 0% of deposit returned.

2. Cancellations made outside of 48 hours of your scheduled time you can rebook for free.

No. Removing rubbish requires a special liscence which is costly. I can arrange for rubbish to be removed but you will be liable for the removal cost.

If you have purchased one of my discounted packages I will remove all charity items for free. If you have opted for the pay-as-you-go option you can pay £20 per car load for removal.
