Decluttering
I can declutter any room or space in your house including sheds and garages. I will also set up a workable system that will help you stay on top of your environment.
House Staging Service
When selling your home, it’s vital that it’s presented in its best light. I can declutter and organise your house to maximise its selling potential.
House Moving Service
I will help take the stress out of your move. It will start with a pre-move declutter to avoid moving unwanted items. I can then unpack and organise everything to maximise the space in your new home.
Paperwork Service
Paperwork can often feel like it’s taking over every area of your house. I can help you get your paperwork under control and create a system that will work for you.
My fees are £35 per hour (minimum 3 hour booking)
Optional extras
Removal of charity items £20 per car load
Procurement of storage items £20 (storage items not included)
Help with valuations (£35/hr)
For larger jobs I can bring in an assistant for an extra £20 per hour

The process

We can then have an informal telephone chat about needs, budget, timescale and any storage required, or I can come and see you if you live within 5 miles of BH13
If you would like a face-to-face consultation and live outside a 5 mile radius, there will be a £35 charge
If you decide to proceed you can book via phone or email
This will include agreeing to T&Cs, paying a 50% deposit for the session/s or full payment for one of the discounted packages, and completing a basic questionnaire
I will contact you the day before to confirm timings

Cost of storage items are not included in the price. I try to keep the cost of storage to a minimum and re-use as much of your present storage as possible. A budget will be agreed at the beginning of the job – if this is exceeded it will be communicated before proceeding.
